As Agile projects progress it is becoming harder for members and stakeholders to communicate, manage and track progress in all aspects. This is because Agile events and management are done on separate tools. It becomes harder to solve problems and intercept barriers that arise from using independent applications to work on a single project.
Many agile teams currently use different tools to complete a project. A tool for tracking progress, a separate tool for having meetings, and yet another for tracking time. There is currently no single platform/application that allows for the performance of all Agile ceremonies, while managing projects, with billing and progress tracking of projects and members.

This system is heavily reliant on coordination between a wide range of stakeholders, each playing different roles and operating on different platforms. To make this process more efficient, we needed a tool that could bring all these components into one unified application.
